Space reservations
Room and studio booking for campus departments
Avio books recording studios, edit suites, classrooms, and study rooms with the same engine that books equipment, so a department runs both from one place.
Rooms and equipment in the same request
A student booking a recording studio usually needs microphones and an interface too. In Avio the room and the equipment go in one request, checked together and confirmed together.
- Studios, classrooms, study rooms, and music rooms, each with its own category
- One request can hold spaces, equipment, and packages
- Conflicts checked against every existing booking of the space
Open hours and staff confirmation
Each space is bookable only inside the hours you set. Staff see room bookings on the same dashboard as equipment, and confirm or reject them the same way.
- Availability shown for the time window a student picks
- Staff confirm or reject each request
- Every booking change recorded in the audit log
The same access rules as equipment
A mixing suite can be limited to students enrolled in an audio course, or to those who completed a studio orientation. The rules that gate equipment gate rooms too.
- Class enrollment, training, class standing, department, and group rules
- Enrollment kept current by the nightly roster sync
- Rules enforced on the server, not only in the interface
