We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
Avio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Avio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You may stop using the Service at any time. Contact your institution’s administrator to request account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your booking history may be retained for administrative purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avio regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
